Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the removed material and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake

• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Good Faith

Please consider whether the use constitutes fair use before filing a notice. Misrepresentation of infringement may result in liability for damages.
